This was probably a barracks at Minidoka Internment Camp, also known as Camp Hunt, Idaho
About 9000 people of Japanese descent were imprisoned here during WW II. Many were American citizens. The camp was demolished after the war, but there are still a few buildings and many concrete slabs. Some buildings that were sold and removed are being moved back to the site now, which is administered by the National Park Service.

In July 2016 I visited Minidoka during a pilgrimage of former internees and their descendants.
