Fire hose house, Bern, Idaho
The railroad once used these buildings for fire equipment, and when they were no longer needed, people repurposed them as outhouses. "FIRE HOSE HOUSE" is faintly visible on the door. The hole once had a crank to turn a hose reel, as seen in the other red outhouse in this gallery, and there was probably a hydrant with a convenient hole.
